Barcelona have no intention of letting
either Marc- Andre ter Stegen or Claudio
Bravo leave the club this summer, sporting
director Robert Fernandez has revealed.
Ter Stegen , who plays in cup competitions
while Bravo plays in La Liga , has been
linked with a move to Manchester City.
Both ‘ keepers are understood to be unhappy
with Barca ’s rotation policy , but the
Catalans have made their position clear –
they want to keep both.
“ I’ ll do what it takes to prevent either of
[ Bravo and Ter Stegen ] from leaving this
summer, ” Fernandez said . “Our stance has
not changed one bit since I last said both
would continue .
“ People speculate too much, but the fact is
we have two extraordinary goalkeepers
under contract. ”
